Sending your reservation request

How do I submit a booking request?

If you’re ready to book a retail space on Luna2, you can send a booking request to the retailer.

If you’re ready to book a retail space on Luna2, you can send a booking request to the retailer. If you’re unsure about the listing or it’s availability, you can also send a message to the host through our intercom.

To send a booking request:

  1. On a listing, click request to book.
  2. Select the period of time that you’d like to place your product. (Note: minimum placement period is 30 days)
  3. Review your booking details and ensure all everything is correct.
  4. Wait for the retailer to respond.

If your request is accepted, you’ll receive a notification that tells you how to make the payment and your next steps to place your product.

How do I check the status of my reservation as a product provider?

If you’ve submitted a booking request with a retailer on Luna2, you’ll need to wait for the retailer to accept your request (unless you were booking with Instant Book turned on, which will automatically accept the request).

When a retailer accepts your request, you’ll receive an email that informs you how to settle your payment. Your booking request status will also change to Accepted.

What happens if my reservation request is declined or expires?

If your booking request isn’t accepted by the retailer or expires without a response, you will not receive any payment instruction. No cost for the booking will be charged. We recommend you to book another retail space.

How do I view and send messages?

Messaging on Luna2 starts when a product provider makes an inquiry. Afterwards, all messages related to that enquiry or booking request will appear in your inbox.

To view or send a message

  1. Go to your Message on the top right-hand corner on the page.
  2. Read the messages or write new messages.
  3. Press send to send out your message.

Payment

How do I use Paypal to pay?

On Luna2, we accept credit card payment through Paypal. You can click pay after confirming all your booking details are correct. You’ll be directed to settle payment with instructions.

When am I charged for a reservation?

You’ll receive payment instruction once the retailer accepts your booking request. Your payment method will be charged for the entire amount at that time.

How is the price determined for reservation?

Since Luna2 does not charge any handling fee. The total price of a booking is based on the retailer proposed plus Luna2 commission.

What should I do if someone asks me to pay outside of the Luna2 website?

Do not send them money, and let us know. We’ll never ask you to pay for anything of our site, through email, or through email, or through a third-party booker. If you paid for your booking outside of Luna2, you may have paid for a fraudulent booking. To get help, contact us immediately. If you’re not sure, you can check if your booking was booked through Luna2.

If a Luna2 retailer on Luna2 site asks you to pay off-site or through another company, report it to us. To report a message or email, contact us by messaging us through the intercom.
