Does Luna2 perform background checks on members’ products and retail places?

We will perform background checks on verified listing only. We’re currently developing analytics and verification engine to provide more data of each retailer so that more background check will be expected.

How do I provide my product certifications?

When setting up your product listing, you can upload any product certifications that you would like to show the retailers. Many countries have regulations so we suggest you to list all the certifications you have.

How do I change the email address I use for Luna2?

To change the email address you use for your Luna2 account:

  1. Go to Your Profile on
  2. Click setting.
  3. Enter the email address you want to use.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click save changes.

How do I edit my account settings or profile?

You can edit the information that appears on your Luna2 profile from your account setting, such as your profile picture, email address.

Why didn’t I get my email notification?
