How do I use PayPal to pay?

On Luna2, we accept credit card payment through Paypal. You can click Book Now after confirming all your booking details are correct. You’ll be directed to settle payment with instructions.

What happens if the retail space cancels my booking?

If you are experiencing this problem, please contact us through the intercom as soon as possible.

How is the price determined for my reservation?

Since Luna2 does not charge any handling fee. The total price of a booking is based on the retailer proposed plus Luna2 commission.

Do I get a full refund if I cancel?

No. At the moment, we don’t have a refund policy for cancellation. However, if you’re experiencing an unsatisfying collaboration, please feel free to contact us through the intercom.

Can I pay with any currency?

Yes. As you’ll pay through PayPal, the price will be converted to your default currency.

What happens if my booking request is declined or expires?

If your booking request isn’t accepted by the retailer or expires without a response, you will not receive any payment instruction. No cost for the booking will be charged. We recommend you to book another retail space.

Why should I pay and communicate through Luna2 directly?

Paying and communicating through Luna2 helps ensure that you’re protected by Terms and Conditions. It also makes it easy to find and reference important booking details like a listing address, booking details, customer support. We can’t provide these benefits if your booking isn’t booked and paid for directly through Luna2.

In addition, paying or communicating outside of Luna2 also makes it harder for us to protect your information and puts you at greater risk of fraud and other security issues.

If someone asks you to pay for your booking outside our on-site payment system – or think someone might be sending you links to a fake Luna2 site – tells us about it by messaging us through the intercom.

If you’re not sure, you can check if your booking was booked through Luna2 by checking your profile.

Can I make changes to a pending reservation request?
