If you don’t have a Luna2 account yet, go to Luna2.co and click sign up. You sign up using your email address. Signing up and creating a Luna2 account is free.

Why do I need to have a Luna2 profile or profile photo?
Your profile is a great way for others to learn more about your product or your retail space before they make a booking request. When your profile is robust, it helps you to create a sense of reliable and authentic. Either you’re a product supplier or retailer, the more complete your profile is, the more booking request you’re likely to receive.
How do I reset my password?
If you’re forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in to your Luna2 account, click forgot password on the login page. Enter the email address you use for Luna2, and you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you’re willing to change your current password:
- Go to my profile on Luna2.co
- Select setting
- You can enter your new password and click save changes.
